I used to be the Talent Manager for a large porn studio. I worked there for a while and saw some things I might never see again. I can't tell these stories anymore because it seemed like everytime I started with "when I used to work in porn" I'd get some nasty looks and comments. Some of the stories I cannot tell about that job are.

- I had a 70 year old grandmother come in. She took off her clothes without hesitation for the profile photos and was very open-minded about doing porn. I asked her why at her age she'd want to do adult films. Her reply was, "I've done everything else in life. Why not porn?" I signed her right after. She ended up being on the the hardest working in the studio. She did everything from anal to watersports and from DP's to facials. She was a trooper and never complained, not even about the terrible amount of money we paid her.

- While I didn't use the "casting couch" method of interviewing talent, I did have more than one girl offer me a blowjob. They all said that they wanted to prove how good they were at it. I always declined.

- The studio I worked for shot content that was quite demeaning. I had to try to convince girls to get pee'd on for $75. It was a hard sell.

-I had numerous underage men and women trying to get in to do work. I'd say I dealt with at least 30 fake ID's. I always thought it was tragic that these teens were chomping at the bit to expose themselves to the world for a little bit of money.

- I watched young guys eating viagra like they were smarties.

-I had a girl at one point, who easily could have been the next Jenna. She had the looks, the attitude, the body, but she had a possessive boyfriend that wouldn't let her breathe without permission. At one point, I had to take him outside and have a little chat. When that didn't work, I had it suggested to me that I apply a little force to him. Shortly after, we never saw her again.

-I had to interview guys too. I hated the fact I had to take photos of them naked too. I actually had to tell them to get hard for some of the photos I had to take, to show their size/girth. By far, the worst part of my job.

- I had many couples come in. It was interesting to find out which person was the one that was excited about shooting adult and which one didn't want to be there. I was suprised at how many times the female was the excited party.


I can't tell people I worked there because they look at me like I am dirtbag. I only stayed at the studio for a little over a year, not able to continue because of my "moral" issues. I just couldn't deal with people's daughter's and son's coming and and wanting to ruin their reputation and sometimes lives because they want to make a quick buck.

Every day was a tragedy working there. It seriously started to affect my mind.
